Kathryn is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist certified by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP). She also holds the CSEP Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialization™.
Recognizing that postpartum exercise requires a specialized approach distinct from pregnancy and general fitness, Kathryn is equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to provide safe, personalized movement guidance that supports recovery, healing, and rebuilding strength after birth. With extensive experience helping individuals with chronic diseases manage and improve their health through exercise, Kathryn brings valuable expertise to help postpartum clients, especially those living with chronic health conditions, use safe and effective movement as a tool to thrive during their postpartum journey.

Brookes, OT
Sprouting Pediatrics
Brookes is a pediatric Occupational Therapist with advanced training in pediatric feeding therapy, orofacial myology, craniosacral therapy, and TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissues Specialty) training. She provides comprehensive assessment and treatment of infant oral-facial function, including evaluating the functional impact of tongue, lip, and buccal ties on breastfeeding, oral development, and overall function. Brookes supports babies and children in developing the oral motor, sensory, and functional skills needed for successful breastfeeding, bottle feeding, solid food progression and swallowing.
